There is a $20 minimum on all orders (before shipping cost).

Due to the expense of credit card processing fees, shipping, packaging and handling, we can’t afford to ship orders below our minimum. Any orders for less than that amount will be cancelled.

If an item you ordered has sold out, the remainder of your order will be shipped and the difference adjusted on your credit card.

Orders are generally shipped within one week (7 calendar days) of your order..

*** YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER:
A “delivery confirmation” number is different than a “tracking” number. Delivery confirmation does not provide information about your package while it is en route ("hop by hop" as they call it). It only states whether the package has been delivered or not.

*** AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT MEDIA MAIL
In an attempt to minimize shipping costs, all packages are sent via Media Rate which can take up to 2 weeks for delivery (but often quicker than that).
